Sous Chef

Location: Ditton Park

Rate of pay: £33,000 per annum

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting the Head Chef with responsibility for the kitchen's daily operations
• Overseeing and supervising the kitchen staff
• Assisting with menu planning, inventory, and supply management
• Monitoring and controlling stock levels and complying with food safety standards
• Monitoring and maintaining kitchen equipment
• Unloading and putting away deliveries
• Covering in the absence of the Head Chef/Manager
