Sourcing Manager - Cocoa

As sourcing manager, you will be responsible for executing cocoa sourcing strategies and managing supplier contracts for our European factories. You will drive best value in a complex and dynamic supply chain while supporting sustainability commitments and business objectives.

What are we looking for?

• Significant experience in sourcing and/or supply chain management
• Strong negotiation, contracting, and sourcing expertise
• Experience delivering value in dynamic market conditions
• Interest in cocoa or raw material supply chains
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Your Key Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supply security
• Build market expertise to support category strategy and decision-making
• Maximize value across price, cash, sustainability, and service
• Ensure compliance with contracting standards and policies
• Manage supplier relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Drive strategic initiatives, including cost-saving projects and regulatory adherence
