Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Sound Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sound editing and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all content produced meets the highest standards of quality. As an Editor, you will be responsible for transforming raw sound files into polished final Voice and Song Reels that serve to demonstrate our client's talent.

Responsibilities

1. Edit audio content to create compelling narratives that align with brand quality.
2. Collaborate with producers and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality edits on time.
3. Maintain organised files and archives of all edited materials for easy access and reference.
4. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sound editing and production techniques.

Requirements

1. Technical proficiency: Knowledge of audio equipment, recording devices, and audio software.
2. Attention to detail: A keen ear for audio quality and an ability to notice sound issues.
3. Familiarity with music editing: Familiarity with music editing and mixing.
4. Understanding of acoustics: An understanding of acoustics and audio signal flow.
5. Excellent attention to detail: The ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
6. Strong communication skills: To effectively collaborate with team members throughout the production process.
7. A portfolio showcasing previous work in video editing is required for consideration.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £105.00 per day

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
