Sopra Banking Software Consultant

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Sopra Banking Software Consultant based in either London or Swindon 3 days a week, remainder remote for an initial 6 month contract.

Job Spec:
The Sopra Banking Software SME will leverage their deep expertise in Sopra Banking Software to support the implementation, customization, and optimization of the software within the organization. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the software meets business needs and enhances operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implementation Support: Lead and support the implementation of Sopra Banking Software, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Customization: Customize the software to meet specific business needs, including configuring modules and developing custom solutions.
  • Optimization: Continuously optimize the software to improve performance and user experience.
  • Training: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the software.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to the software, working closely with technical support teams as needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful software deployment and operation.
  • Best Practices: Stay updated on best practices and new features of Sopra Banking Software, sharing knowledge with the team.
