Main duties of the job

As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will produce a high standard of ultrasonography practice. This will include undertaking a broad range of techniques while being flexible in adapting to the requirements of all patients and examination scenarios.

About us

We are looking for someone who is:

• HCPC registered Radiographer with a diploma in medical ultrasound and experience in a broad range of ultrasonography competencies.
• The ability to work autonomously and experience of independent reporting is essential in this role.
• To be able to manage in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the ability to produce high-quality images and succinct and accurate reporting.

As a Sonographer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality ultrasound images and reports, while supporting the diagnostic imaging team.

Qualifications

Essential

• HCPC Registration
• Medical Ultrasound qualification

Desirable

• Additional certifications in ultrasound techniques.

Experience

Essential

• Experience in ultrasonography with independent reporting.

Desirable

• Experience in a variety of ultrasound practices.
