Engineer - Pre Sales and Product Management

We are looking for a pre-sales Systems Engineer for the UK Commercial Segment. You will be in a highly customer-facing role, working with a wide variety of technologies and will therefore need strong team working and consultative skills to successfully conduct technical presentations, showcase Cisco Enterprises solutions and services, and set up demonstrations explaining features and benefits to your customer.
You’ll work across a vast portfolio including Applications Observability, Cloud Security and Networking, Network Automation, Collaboration, Routing and Switching, and IoT. You will master innovation in the areas of SASE, Zero Trust Access, or Full Stack Observability.
In this dynamic, customer-focused role, you will partner directly with an Account Manager and an extended team to position complex software and hardware solutions. You will rely on an extended network of Cisco services professionals and technical teams, with close support from your sales leadership. We support and empower each other. You're experienced in customer-facing pre-sales engagements, and you can explain technical concepts and subjects to a variety of audience levels with varied technical backgrounds while articulating the business value of those technical topics. Your ability to communicate effectively helps you build confidence in the technology and convert business opportunities into sales.
