As part of the M&S Digital & Tech Data team, you'll play a pivotal role in modernising and revolutionising corporate communications through innovative avatar solutions. We're seeking a hardworking Solution Delivery Analyst to spearhead this transformation. You will be at the forefront of digital innovation, managing the end-to-end process of AI avatar creation. Collaborating with senior stakeholders, you'll deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines, drive technology adoption, and support the evolution of corporate communications.

To foster collaboration, creativity, and skill development, our team follows a hybrid working model, spending three days a week in the office.

What you'll do

• Generate and deliver high-quality, customised AI avatars for senior collaborators.
• Build and adhere to robust approval and verification criteria.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for seamless API integrations to support avatar customisation.
• Produce high-quality video content featuring AI avatars using advanced editing tools.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects, managing tight schedules while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Research and recommend innovative tools or technologies to enhance avatar creation workflows.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Champion an agile way of working, promoting a 'test and learn' culture.

Who you are

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and numerical skills.
• Validated experience in Python development.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Final Cut Pro.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in fast-paced analytics or data-driven functions.
