Overview:
As a Solutions Architect, you will be working with our customers and partners to architect solutions with our ZTNA Platform: Cloud Secure Edge and our MDR/XDR Offering: Managed Security Services. This role will also be a key contributor to enhancing SonicWall's Managed Service Provider program by helping new and existing partners to grow their business within the SonicWall product portfolio.
Core responsibilities include:
Driving positive client outcomes with the named products by nurturing current clients and aiding in driving net-new business.
Building a trusted advisor relationship with clients and partners.
Leading the technical Pre-Sales and Post-Sales efforts from initial discovery and qualification, solution design, demo, proof of concept, and bill of materials including scope of work for professional services.
Proactively assessing solutions in production and seeking to help customers and partners optimize and make use of licenses and features across their business.
Focusing on delivering the best possible user experience and ensuring the products/services are providing excellent value to the partners and customers.
Identifying new use cases within an existing customer or partner, building deployment plans and supporting rollouts from a design perspective.
Sharing best practices in design and deployments.
Overseeing critical escalations between customer, partner, and SonicWall.
Sharing roadmap updates and collecting feedback to product management, support, engineering, and sales leadership.
Hosting quarterly business reviews bringing together key stakeholders from SonicWall, partner, and customer.
Providing and maintaining quarterly reports on the health of the account and expansion opportunities.
Building the account to be referenceable.
Working alongside Sales account management in partnership to retain and grow the business.
Participating in key co-sponsored events and webinars as technical champion and presenter.

Remaining current of the new product developments and providing input and tactical direction to the business on customer services and support challenges.
Representing Support/Customers in various cross-functional leadership meetings with Sales, Engineering, PM teams & others in enhancing the customer experience with products & services.
Effectively communicating the critical account issues status to Sales, Engineering, PM Leadership, and other invested parties.
Desired Education and Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of related experience required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Security Architect, or Sr. Consultant.
A./B.S. in CS/CIS/MIS/Business or related field equivalent preferred.
Prior experience managing customer/partner accounts from a technical perspective.
Technical experience in the Cyber Security, Cloud, and Network Security Industry.
Experience working with authentication protocols such as Kerberos, SAML, Radius, and OAuth.
Strong knowledge of both public and private DNS.
Knowledge of Network Security (Routers, Switches, firewalls, VPN routers).
Knowledge of Cloud and Virtualization platforms.
Demonstrated ability to successfully execute requirements based on a SOW and project plans.
Background in internetworking, LAN, and WAN technologies.
Background in debugging broad, complex, and unique enterprise environments with mixed media and protocols.
Strong experience of leading complex enterprise projects using a structured approach.
