The Role:

• Leverage cutting-edge technologies such as AI, machine learning, automation, and chatbots to improve efficiency and care delivery.
• Lead efforts to digitalise processes, driving innovation and aligning with the "Getting to Good" vision.
• Maximise the capabilities of Microsoft 365 tools to enhance operations and service quality.
• Develop and execute a forward-looking technical roadmap, supporting organisational priorities in quality, data, IT, and service innovation.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and trends within IT and the healthcare sector, ensuring the organisation remains progressive and innovative.

About You:
To excel in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, ideally within healthcare or another highly regulated sector.
• A strong track record of success in deploying AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
• Significant expertise in process digitalisation and technical innovation.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications for digital transformation.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and technical roadmap development skills.
• A proactive approach to staying current with industry trends and best practices.
