Job Title: Solutions Architect

Mode of Working: Hybrid (3 Days - Office)

About Role: We are looking for an exceptional Solution Architect for driving the architecture and execution of technology strategy of Workforce Resilience Product working closely with Product Directors, Product Managers, technology teams and delivery teams. Responsible for maintaining architecture standards, current and future state architecture view of digital product. Cross collaborate with other business lines in defining the solutions that are across integrated or have relation with digital business line. Participate in the recruiting process to bring good technical talent and upskill the resources according to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Architecture: Provide architectural oversight and guidance for the design and implementation of complex digital solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and industry best practices.
2. Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing team of digital solution architects, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements, communicate architectural decisions, and gain buy-in for strategic initiatives.
4. Technology Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and industry developments, evaluating their potential impact on the organization and driving innovation through the adoption of new tools and methodologies.
5. Architecture Governance: Establish and enforce architectural standards, policies, and guidelines to ensure consistency, scalability, and security across digital initiatives with continuous review and updated architecture documentation.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software development, data science, UX/UI design, and product management to deliver integrated digital solutions that meet business needs.
7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities associated with digital solutions, implementing proactive measures to mitigate security, privacy, compliance, and regulatory concerns.
8. Digital Technology Strategy: Participate in building the digital technology strategy with Digital CTO, H3S CPO, Director, Products, H3S Head of Engineering and other architects.

Required Skills:

1. Proven experience of at least 7 years in solution architecture, with a focus on digital transformation initiatives and enterprise-scale applications.
2. Good product understanding and knowledge of product lifecycle.
3. Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.
4. Expertise in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), microservices architecture, APIs, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.
5. Knowledge of web development or mobile app development, business modeling, database concepts and project management - preferably using Agile Development Methodologies.
6. Good oral, written and presentation skills, with ability to organize and present technical material in an easily understood manner.
7. Ability to communicate detailed, persuasive information to all stakeholders – verbally and in writing.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
9. Experience working in a multi-cultural international organization is a plus.
10. Working knowledge of product development architecture.
11. Excellent knowledge of User Centered Design principles & design quality standards.
12. Excellent oral and written communication.

Required Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Required Languages: English to a very high standard of written and oral.
