Solution Designer

This role is part of the Tesco Mobile team and will be based out of the Tesco Mobile Slough, Welwyn Garden City, or Manchester office.

As a member of the Architecture & Solution Design Chapter working in a Squad or Tribe, you will use your problem-solving skills and logical mindset to satisfy requests from the business through innovative design and creation of solutions whilst adhering to business frameworks.

You will be an autonomous, trusted decision maker able to self-organise to use your knowledge and expertise to deliver solutions that provide value to our customers.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:

• Demonstrated depth of experience and knowledge in the industry.
• A technical background or ability to display knowledge of technical platforms such as: self-care systems, web services, billing, hardened APIs, eCommerce, and retail systems.
• Collaborating to build the end-to-end solution design aligned to agreed business requirements.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain the impact of different options or issues to non-technical partners and colleagues.
• Consistent track record of delivering solutions across multiple supplier platforms and impacting on the wider business in a timely fashion and with minimal post-live issues.
