Solution Architect ( Microsoft 365 )

We're working with a major technology partner delivering digital transformation in healthcare. They're looking for a Senior End User Computing (EUC) Solutions Architect to lead EUC design and delivery across complex clinical and enterprise environments.

This role sits within their Health Architecture team and focuses on supporting large managed service clients. You'll help shape and deliver EUC solutions that are reliable, secure, and aligned to critical services-especially in clinical settings where uptime is essential.

This is a high-impact opportunity to work on large-scale programmes that make a real difference-especially in healthcare. You'll be part of a collaborative, experienced team working on complex projects with some of the UK & Ireland's most important institutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading EUC solution design and implementation across major programmes
• Working closely with project teams, vendors, and clients to understand needs and translate them into practical solutions
• Supporting migrations from legacy systems to modern platforms
• Ensuring EUC environments integrate smoothly with wider infrastructure and applications
• Acting as a technical lead-owning architecture documentation, managing risks, and resolving delivery challenges
• Hosting meetings with stakeholders, providing guidance, and reporting on progress
• Supporting secure and compliant EUC delivery in highly regulated environments

Skills We're Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Intune, SCCM, Windows OS) and secure endpoint management
• Experience building and delivering EUC solutions at scale
• Confident creating high- and low-level design documents
• Comfortable working with managed service environments and leading technical change
• Experience integrating EUC solutions with enterprise systems and applications
• Ability to guide and support technical teams through delivery

Useful Experience:

• Working in healthcare or regulated industries
• Service integration across multiple suppliers
• Familiarity with ServiceNow
• Understanding of project delivery frameworks like Agile or PRINCE
