You will:

1. Design innovative, secure, and service-oriented solutions that meet our customers' needs.
2. Collaborate within a dynamic team focused on applications and integration, ensuring seamless project execution.
3. Contribute to our global architecture practice, enhancing processes and driving value across the organization.
4. Your role will be pivotal in defining roadmaps, setting technical priorities, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

1. Proven experience in solution architecture, Agile delivery methods, and system integration.
2. Strong understanding of cloud technologies and enterprise architecture.
3. Ability to apply innovative technology solutions to modern challenges (e.g., big/event-driven data, GenAI).
4. Financial awareness to support cost-benefit analysis and inform design decisions.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for continuous improvement.

What you'll get for this role:

1. Salary up to £65,900 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications).
2. Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
