About the Role:

I'm looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with NQ to 5 years PQE to join a leading commercial litigation department. You will be involved in a broad range of contentious matters, including contractual disputes, corporate governance, and more, with the chance to gain invaluable exposure to both national and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of commercial litigation matters under the supervision of senior lawyers
• Advise clients on disputes, including drafting pleadings, attending hearings, and assisting with settlement negotiations
• Provide strategic and practical advice to clients on their litigation options
• Work with a collaborative, close-knit team while gaining exposure to complex legal work
