Solicitor - Disease

We are working with a leading international law firm looking for a Solicitor to join their Disease team on a remote basis.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a dedicated casualty disease team, managing a caseload of defended industrial disease claims. These claims will include asbestos-related conditions. The Solicitor will work with both insured and self-insured companies.

The individual will be enthusiastic and willing to get involved in business development activities such as training sessions and marketing events.

Requirements:

• 1+ PQE;
• Injury claims background;
• Confident and ability to develop relationships;
• Pragmatic approach in solving problems;
• Strong organisational skills;
• Technically excellent;
• Flexible team player and willingness to help others.
