Given the team structure, associates benefit from early responsibility and direct client exposure from day one.

The culture is collaborative, approachable and down to earth, with a strong emphasis on personal development and quality of work. The firm fosters a dynamic and supportive environment where lawyers at all levels are trusted to take ownership of their matters and play a key role in client relationships.
