Are you a skilled legal professional with experience in debt recovery and defended claims? We are working with a well-established organisation in the financial and legal sector, currently seeking aSolicitor or Chartered Legal Executiveto join their growing team in Sheffield.

The Role:

As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing debt recovery cases, providing legal advice, and representing clients in court. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a caseload of debt recovery matters
2. Provide expert legal advice to clients
3. Represent clients in court proceedings
4. Develop and maintain client relationships
5. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

1. Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
2. Experience in debt recovery and defended claims
