Your Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a growing team. You'll have the chance to work closely with partners both in Leeds and London and be involved in varied and interesting transactions right from the start, working with well-established clients. Given the nature of the role, you will be highly organised and be able to work pragmatically. The role will involve working independently with support where required from partners but also working as part of a team for larger projects.
You'll work to participate in relevant practice development initiatives, seek to get involved with business development opportunities and keep up to date with changes in relevant law and practice. You will also have the opportunity for secondments if this is something of interest. To drive best practice further, you will be an exceptional team player with the ability to work collaboratively to deliver the best outcomes for our clients and to develop other team members. You will have the opportunity to work for clients in the north of England but also in London and this team is a truly national practice.
What We're Looking For
We're proud of our values, and we're looking for people who share them:
If this sounds like you, we'd love to receive your application.
What we can offer you
We also offer a wide range of well-being initiatives to encourage positive mental health both in and out of the workplace and to make sure you're fully supported. This includes our Flexible by Choice programme which gives our colleagues more choice over a hybrid way of working subject to role, team and client requirements.
We have been ranked in the Best Workplaces for Wellbeing for Large Organisations for 2024!
Our responsible business programmes are fundamental to who we are and our purpose. We're committed to being a diverse and inclusive workplace where our colleagues can flourish, and we have established a number of inclusion network groups across our business to support this aim.
Our commitment to Social Responsibility, community investment activity and tackling climate change is a fundamental part of who we are.
