EMEA Payroll & Benefits Manager - Bracknell - Up to 70K

I am working with a global manufacturing company who are searching for an EMEA Payroll & Benefits Manager, who will be operating in a sole capacity reporting into the Senior HR Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payrolls in France, Germany, Italy, and the UK, along with all benefits administration and negotiating benefit renewals.

The role will require you to work in the office 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Processing payrolls for France, Germany, Italy, and the UK through ADP Celergo
  2. First point of contact for all payroll & benefits queries
  3. Business partnering with other departments to improve processes
  4. Processing benefits administration
  5. Working closely with the wider business to renew and improve company benefits
