Job Title: Soldering Technician

Location: Warrington, Cheshire (WA2)

Salary: £12 - £13 p/h

Hrs: Mon - Thurs 8am-5pm & Fri 8am-1pm

Contract: Temp - Permanent

Our client is a well-established design and manufacturing business who work on high-profile projects for the automotive and aerospace industries. They are looking for an experienced Soldering Technician, who wants a long-term career working within a friendly and relaxed environment to join them on site in Warrington.

Responsibilities

1. Assemble/Solder a range of components and products to detailed specifications.
2. Rework and inspect components.
3. Minimise waste of consumables.
4. Communicate with colleagues and management in relation to work progress.
5. Maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
6. Meet tight deadlines.

Skills and Experience

1. Must have excellent soldering skills with at least 12 months experience.
2. Previous experience working in a PCB assembly environment would be beneficial.
3. Rework and Inspection of both Conventional and Surface mount Technology Experience would be an advantage.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
5. Ability to work on own initiative or within a team environment.
