Job description

£55k - £75k Basic, plus uncapped OTE

Stratford Energy Solutions

are a growing business and are now seeking an additional results-oriented Solar PV Sales Executive to join our successful team.

As a valued team member, you will play a key role in helping commercial clients transition to clean and renewable energy solutions. If you are motivated by sales success, have the skills to excel, and will embrace our clients' ambitious plans for growth, we encourage you to apply now.

What we need from you:
  1. Suitable candidates must live within a 60-minute radius of our Head Office in Stratford.
  2. 2 years minimum sales experience, ideally in the residential and/or commercial Solar industry working with brands such as SolarEdge & Tesla.
  3. Applications are also welcome from other similar industries and compatible technical sales.
  4. Design experience using Solar Edge and/or Open Solar.
  5. High-level communication skills (essential).
  6. CRM experience using HubSpot.
  7. Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  8. You must be self-motivated, hardworking, and conscientious.

What the role involves:
  1. You will be provided with fully qualified inquiries to then engage with the client to discuss their requirements. You will offer them market-leading technologies as well as working on their pop-up community events.
  2. Guiding, advising, and selling to homeowners the benefits of Solar PV Home Battery Systems.
  3. Covering the West Midlands and Warwickshire areas.

Salary:

£55,000 to £75,000 per year, plus uncapped commission.


Hours:

Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
