Solar Project Manager | UK (Remote) | Permanent | circa £45k - £55k

Are you passionate about driving renewable energy projects that make a real impact?

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead renewable energy projects from conception to completion.

In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. You will play a key part in delivering solar, wind, and battery energy solutions in challenging urban and rural environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules.
2. Oversee project lifecycles, from planning to commissioning.
3. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality project completion.
4. Identify and mitigate project risks.
5. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and contractors.
6. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
7. Manage budgets and report on financial performance.

About You

1. Minimum 2 years of project management experience, ideally in the renewable energy sector.
2. Demonstrated experience in solar energy projects.
3. PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficient in project management software.
7. Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
