Are you an Electrical Project Manager with an interest or experience in Commercial Solar PV? Innotech Partners is working alongside a rapidly growing company within the renewables sector, offering an opportunity for the right candidate to start in the new year. The suitable candidate will have experience in Commercial Solar PV; either Domestic Solar PV or Electrical Project Management experience will be considered. Our client is looking for a Project Manager who can jump straight onto this project and any future projects. This company is growing fast and is looking for the right people to join their team!

Key Activities:

1. Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
2. Define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
3. Identify and manage project risks.
4. Coordinate and manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
5. Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project milestones.
6. Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and technical specifications.
7. Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and regulatory bodies.
8. Provide regular progress reports and updates.
9. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
10. Resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during project execution.
11. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s).
12. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
13. Submit project status reports to stakeholders working to the agreed timelines.

The Candidate

The right candidate would have experience in Commercial Solar PV, be willing to stay away during the week, and be able to work professionally with clients and their team.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in project management, preferably in renewable energy projects.
2. Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and the renewable energy market.
3. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
5. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
7. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
8. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
