Primary Objectives

As the Verification and Validation Engineer , you'll be responsible for ensuring that our products meet both technical requirements and user needs through rigorous V&V testing. Your work will directly contribute to the development of life-changing medical devices that improve patient outcomes globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluations & Audits : Perform in-depth evaluations and audits of software documentation and processes to ensure compliance with all application requirements.
• Test Case Creation : Review upcoming changes, write detailed test cases, and ensure that modifications are properly tested.
• Hands-On Testing : Execute and track tests for new products, applications, and updates to existing ones, ensuring flawless performance.
• Project Updates : Regularly provide status reports to the Director on assigned projects, actively participating in standups and agile team meetings.
• Defect Management : Write, retest, and track software defects to ensure issues are identified and resolved quickly.

Qualifications & Experience

Education : Bachelor's degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering or Computer Science .

Experience : 3-5 years in medical device development or software development , with a deep understanding of anatomical definitions and musculoskeletal structures.

Skills & Attributes

• Technical Writing : Strong ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation, particularly in the context of medical device development.
• Software Architecture Knowledge : A solid grasp of software architecture concepts and design patterns, with experience in maintaining sustainable software development practices.
• Python Scripting : Bonus points for experience in Python scripting!
