Software Tester – Manchester

Our global client in Manchester seeks an experienced Software Tester with both manual testing and test automation skills.

Responsibilities of the Automation Test Analyst:

1. Create a Test Automation harness
2. Create and maintain automation test suite – Web and API
3. Engage with designers and developers to clarify features and functionality
4. Be involved in functional and non-functional testing, defect tracking, and reporting to senior management
5. Contribute to the Development Team’s working practices and technology decisions, including process improvements.
6. C# experience

Skills and Experience Required:

1. Experience in writing and maintaining an API test automation framework, including the ability to write/amend automated test cases written in C#.
2. Experience with other Object Oriented languages is also considered.
3. Experience in writing and maintaining a UI test automation framework, including the ability to write/amend automated test cases.
4. Creating Test plans and tracking deliverables using Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.
