Software Tester

Software Tester – Manchester.

Our global client in Manchester seeks an experienced Software Tester with both manual testing and test automation skills.

Responsibilities of the Automation Test Analyst:

• Create a Test Automation harness
• Create and maintain automation test suite – Web and API
• Engage with designers and developers to clarify features and functionality
• Be involved in functional and non-functional testing, defect tracking, and reporting to senior management
• Contribute to the Development Team’s working practices and technology decisions, including process improvements.
• C# experience

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience in writing and maintaining an API test automation framework, including the ability to write/amend automated test cases written in C#. Experience with other Object Oriented languages is also considered
• Experience in writing and maintaining a UI test automation framework, including the ability to write/amend automated test cases
• Creating Test plans and tracking deliverables using Azure DevOps or similar test management tools
