We are recruiting for a Software Test Lead on behalf of a newly established gaming company in Norwich.

This is a great opportunity for an individual with a proven history of software testing, compliance and automation to advance their career with an exciting new company.

In this role you will define and create a testing strategy that ensures high performance and user experience. You will implement automation frameworks and look to build a team of testers as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Management of a team of software testers (manual and automation)
2. Define and create a comprehensive testing strategy across the business
3. Ensure all internal systems comply with quality standards
4. Define clear objectives for QA team members
5. Oversee planning and release of all updates
6. Liaise with stakeholders on all matters of test results, risks and testing coverage
