This is a great time for an experienced Software Support Developer with strong Python skills to consider joining an Oxfordshire-based scale-up in the Medtech sector. The Software Support Developer will be supporting hospitals across the UK, Europe, and US, that are using our client’s patient-monitoring platform, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the software (predominantly involving Python) as well as hardware and network issues. As well as working to resolve issues, the Software Support Developer will use their Python coding skills to proactively develop improved monitoring and alerting systems, develop automations, better tooling and workflows, whilst also identifying opportunities for product enhancements.
