Project Manager (Software)

Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office

Full-time: 4-Day Work Week

The Opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact. As a Project Manager, you'll own the end-to-end implementation of our software solutions for external clients. You'll not only manage projects but also contribute to shaping our project management processes. This role requires a blend of exceptional project management expertise, technical understanding, and strong leadership. You'll be empowered to define and implement the tools and methodologies that work best, leading a portfolio of 15+ concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

1. Lead full-cycle software implementation projects for external clients, from initiation to completion.
2. Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and stakeholder updates throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Define and implement project management processes, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and success.
4. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, while managing risks and overseeing technical requirements.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and drive continuous improvement based on project learnings and client feedback.

What You'll Bring:

1. Previous project management experience in a software development or SaaS environment, leading multiple projects.
2. Proven experience in defining and implementing project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2, or PMI frameworks).
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively guide teams.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and manage customer expectations.
5. Proven experience managing multiple external customer projects concurrently.
6. Hands-on experience with project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello, etc.). Familiarity with Jira is a plus.
7. Experience in the print industry or SaaS product is a plus.
