A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Software Engineering Manager to join a great manufacturing company priding itself on quality & innovation.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and drive strategy for the software team
2. Implement new tools and processes to improve team output
3. People management of a team of engineers
4. Plan & utilise software resources to develop on time solutions

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

1. Experience as a Software Engineering Manager or similar position
2. Experience with programming languages such as C++, C, Assembler, C#
3. Experience of managing a team in an Agile environment
