A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Software Engineering Manager to join a great manufacturing company priding itself on quality & innovation.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive strategy for the software team
• Implement new tools and processes to improve team output
• People management of a team of engineers
• Plan & utilise software resources to develop on time solutions

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experience as a Software Engineering Manager or similar position
• Experience with programming languages such as C++, C, Assembler, C#
• Experience of managing a team in an Agile environment
