Are you an experienced Software Engineering Manager or Software Lead looking to take the next step in your career?

I am hiring for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional development team working on a cutting-edge full-stack software project.

In this role, you'll be responsible for team health, productivity, and project delivery, working closely with technical leadership and product management.

You'll also have the opportunity to remain hands-on where needed while mentoring and developing your team.

What You'll Do:

1. Lead and support a cross-functional software development team
2. Ensure team productivity, engagement, and performance
3. Oversee project execution, stakeholder communication, and team development
4. Provide technical guidance in Angular (Front End) and C# .NET (Back End)

What We're Looking For:

1. 5+ years of experience in a senior software engineering role
2. 2+ years proven leadership & people management experience
3. Strong technical background in Angular (Front End) and C# .NET (Back End)
4. Experience in full-stack development & best software engineering practices
