Software Engineering Manager

Pearson Carter are currently working with a huge tech partner who specialise in fully integrated systems for the healthcare industry. This hire will help guide and grow their team of developers and assist the client in moving into new business areas.

Salary: They offer a base salary of £100,000 to £110,000.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop an understanding of the team’s systems and their place within the broader technical landscape.
  2. Act as the team’s advocate, clearly communicating decisions, trade-offs, and priorities to non-technical stakeholders.
  3. Anticipate and resolve challenges to ensure commitments are delivered while transparently addressing risks and mitigation plans with stakeholders.

Experience:

  1. Previous experience in a similar role.
  2. Architecture of applications on the cloud.
  3. Proficiency in Python, Node.JS, TypeScript, and React.
  4. Experience with AWS and Kubernetes.

Location: This client has an office in London; however, they’re offering hybrid working.
