About the Role - Investigations Team
We are seeking a Software Engineering Lead for one of our development teams in our Cardiff office. This is a hybrid role, based in our Cardiff office in the UK. The Investigations team looks after a collection of products, including one of our flagships - TraceIQ, which is widely used in the Investigation and Data Management business, enabling us to fight fraud, reduce risk and create a fairer and more inclusive society.
The team uses a PHP tech stack on an API-first based architecture to develop capabilities, which are delivered into solutions. This role will support the team by enabling delivery of changes and directly managing around 3 to 6 talented Engineers.
About the Team
Our development teams are cross-functional and agile, with a high degree of autonomy. Each team member has their own diverse skillset and is usually at different points in their career - ensuring that there is always room to learn and grow.
All teams are supported by a network of peers along with other disciplines, such as Systems Architects and Site Reliability Engineers (SREs).
