Software Engineer Consultant

This role offers the opportunity to support organizations in staying competitive through tailored coaching, training, and consulting. As a Software Engineer Consultant, you will work closely with clients to design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions. You will be responsible for writing clean, maintainable code, driving best practices, and optimizing application performance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable systems, ensure robust security measures, and enhance the functionality of cloud-native applications. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance, documentation, and training to help clients adopt and implement solutions seamlessly.

Required Skills:

1. Expertise in software development (Java, Python, Go, Kotlin, Typescript or similar languages).
2. Strong knowledge of software engineering principles and design patterns.
3. Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native architecture.
4. Fluent in German (native) and English.

Bonus Skills:

1. Experience in IT consulting and solution architecture.
2. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
