Overview

We are looking to hire passionate, creative and curious software engineers with the ability to solve complex problems. This role will help drive the development of serverless production applications and tools for our customers, including new development and the modernization of existing applications. You will work as part of a strategic team assembled specifically to develop cloud native applications for some of the world’s largest companies.

Responsibilities

• Migrate C# Projects
• Migrate job engine plugins & supporting libraries to .NET standard 2.0 or .NET 8 in dependency order
• Ensure libraries shared by other .NET framework services target .NET standard 2.0 for compatibility
• Address compatibility issues with third-party NuGet packages by upgrading versions or identifying functionally equivalent alternatives
• Participate in SDLC
• Follow documented best practices for security, coding style guides, pull requests, documentation, etc.
• Collaborate in engineering teams to perform unit & integration testing for migrated libraries

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proficiency in C# & .NET framework
• Experience in migrating applications from .NET framework to .NET standard 2.0 or .NET 8
• Familiarity with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) & gRPC
• Proven experience with plugin-based architectures & device polling protocols such as SNMP or WMI
• Excellent problem-solving skills & ability to work independently and as a team
• Strong communication skills to enable progress updates and effective collaboration
