This is a great opportunity for a Software Engineer experienced in .NET Microservices and Azure to join Manchester’s next big FinTech startup!

This year I have been helping recruit their brand-new engineering and product team in Manchester.

With a truly unique product and no current competitors, the business has been making waves in its sector and will be looking to scale the team even more next year.

As one of the first hires in this latest round of recruitment, you will have the opportunity to make your mark and influence the direction of the product.

This will suit someone who can work in a fast-paced environment and is ambitious in their career – as the team grows, you will be able to progress and take on more responsibility.

What You’ll Do:

1. Design and build robust APIs using C# and .NET Core.
2. Work with SQL Server and Azure to create and maintain backend services.
3. Use Agile and TDD practices to ensure high-quality code.
4. Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver top-notch software solutions.
5. Automate testing to keep code reliable and scalable.

What You’ll Need:

1. Solid experience with C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and Azure.
2. Proven ability to build robust and scalable systems.
3. TDD and BDD experience.
4. Strong team player with great communication skills.
5. Enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment.

The office is in Manchester with a hybrid approach to working.
