Key Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery of software solutions by coordinating and planning development resources.
• Collaborate with technical leads and architects to determine the most effective technical solutions.
• Ensure consistent and timely progress across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Track and report on project progress, proactively mitigating risks and resolving blockers.
• Lead by example in issue resolution, communication, and governance of best practices.
• Mentor team members, recognize strengths, and promote continuous improvement.
• Chair team meetings, conduct one-on-one sessions, and contribute to team appraisals.

• Excellent organizational and people skills with the ability to guide a team in a dynamic, reactive environment.
• Software Development background (C#, .Net, TypeScript, JavaScript, Golang) (Open to any technical background)
• Strong passion for software development, efficiency, and best practices.
• Proven ability to handle large workloads and shift focus as needed.
