This exciting opportunity is for a Software Developer with enhanced developed vetting to join a well-known multinational technology business that has consistently been in the spotlight for global research, development, and innovation in the IT industry. Founded in 1911, with offices worldwide and over 250,000 staff, you will play a critical role within this global tech giant as well as a vital role within the UK and Global Defence industry.

In this role, the successful Software Developer will be responsible for working with key clients and stakeholders within the defence sector to create solutions to major real-world challenges by translating system requirements into the design and development of fully customized systems within an agile environment. You will be expected to work in a variety of environments, frameworks, relational and non-relational databases, cloud infrastructure, and more.

The Role:

1. Creating software solutions to major real-world challenges.
2. Full stack development.
3. Use of multiple languages, infrastructure, databases, and more.
4. Travel to site as needed.

The Person:

1. eDV Clearance on application.
2. Local to either London, Southampton, Gloucester, or Manchester.
3. Willing to travel to site as needed, minimum 3 days a week on site.
