Job description: Software Developer

OVERVIEW

Roles and Responsibilities

Designing and developing highly effective caching capabilities from inception to delivery

Generate high quality code that is easy to maintain, easy to test

Interacting with other team members to translate requirements into complete designs

Analyzing and improving efficiency, scalability, stability, reliability, and performance of cache platform

BE / M Tech in Computer Science/Engineering, or relevant engineering/science fields

3+ years experience in production C/C++ on Linux coding and designing

3+ years experience with Linux systems as both a user and administrator

3+ years’ experience of networking – TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP and HTTPS

2+ years’ experience running and writing shell/python scripts

Experienced on Linux kernel, especially the network stack

Experienced in event-driven high-performance server design and development

Experience with software design flow

Experience using agile methodology

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal in English
