We are looking for a Software Developer to join our teams .net developers in Gloucester city centre to produce and support the systems that run our business and products.

This is a hands-on role where you will have great freedom to help shape the future of our products and play a vital part in shaping and building the web applications that thousands of our customers depend on every day. We work with a diverse tech stack and encourage our people to embrace opportunities to try something new and exciting.

Hours/work pattern:

40/week, Monday to Friday
Office-based, hybrid working 2-3 days/week (with flexible start/end times to help you balance life and work)

Salary and benefits:

£48,000 - £55,000 depending on experience and skills
27 days annual leave + bank holidays

What experience do you need under your belt?

We're looking for a developer that is passionate about solving problems and keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices, who has a track record of delivering features and who wants to share it with your colleagues and the world.

Essential skills and behaviours:

Experience with Microsoft .Net development platforms (e.g., .Net Core, .Net Framework, Visual Studio)
Very strong core coding skills, including OO design, Clean Coding, Testing Techniques
Proven track record in delivering and supporting applications.
Outstanding team player, willing to learn from others and openly share knowledge and discoveries with colleagues.
Use of Docker and/or .Net Aspire for deployment and local development.
Use of Copilot in day to day development.
