This role is integral in supporting various business systems, primarily the central system used by the call centre staff. You will action a variety of daily tasks which carry out, analyse or monitor data for bulk account movements across the different systems.
Responsibilities include:
You will also be responsible for system monitoring & reporting, data analysis & investigations whilst supporting routes to automation for manual tasks.
ESSENTIAL
• Experience of using MS Excel for the manipulation of data
DESIRABLE
• Experience in a Service/Helpdesk environment
• Experience of SQL or Crystal reporting
• Experience in a financial services environment would be desirable.
