Software/Applications Support – GROWING FS BUSINESS – LION

We are looking for a Software / Applications Support Analyst who truly wants to make an impact on the organisation. This role is integral in supporting various business systems, primarily the central system used by the call centre staff. You will action a variety of daily tasks which carry out, analyse or monitor data for bulk account movements across the different systems.
Responsibilities include:

  1. First/Second-line support for main customer management application
  2. Responsible for the loading of new account purchases into the main customer management application, ensuring data quality and within the agreed SLAs
  3. Bulk account management – according to business needs, agreed SLAs and pre-defined business rules, as needed. Liaise with the business to agree and document business rules.
  4. Bulk trace systems management – using a variety of applications, according to agreed business needs, SLAs and pre-defined business rules
  5. Day-to-day management of key customer communication channels, ensuring quality of data and adherence to deadlines
  6. Reproduction of customer communication documentation
  7. Develop an in-depth knowledge of the key applications used within the team to enable early identification of issues to provide a proactive approach to a solution

You will also be responsible for system monitoring & reporting, data analysis & investigations whilst supporting routes to automation for manual tasks.

ESSENTIAL

• Experience of using MS Excel for the manipulation of data

DESIRABLE

• Experience in a Service/Helpdesk environment
• Experience of SQL or Crystal reporting
• Experience in a financial services environment would be desirable.
