Soft FM Supervisor with Sodexo in Manchester, we are seeking a proactive and versatile candidate to join our dynamic team. We are currently seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to fill the role of soft services facility manager. In this position, you will oversee a range of services, including cleaning, reception, hospitality, catering, and mailroom services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning management and a keen interest in expanding their skills to include a broader range of facilities management responsibilities.

What you'll do:

• Manage and supervise cleaning operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
• Oversee reception services, including managing visitor access and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
• Assist in coordinating hospitality and catering services for events and meetings.
• Manage mailroom services, including receiving, sorting, and distribution of mail and packaging.
• Develop and implement training programs for team members, with a focus on progression through apprenticeship opportunities.
• Work towards the ultimate goal of progressing to a general manager role within the organisation.

What you bring:

• Previous experience in cleaning management is essential.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in various facility management areas.

Package Description

• 40 hours per week
• 5 days out of 7
• Operational hours for shift patterns: 07:00 till 20:00
• £12.89 per hour.
