Sociology Teacher

Are you a qualified Sociology Teacher? Can you teach Sociology/PSHE through KS4 and KS5?

Position Details:

  1. Role: Sociology Teacher
  2. Salary: MPS1 – MPS6
  3. Contract: March 2025 Maternity cover
  4. School Type: ‘Outstanding’ selective school in Walsall
  5. Subjects: Sociology KS4 & KS5

We are currently working with an ‘Outstanding’ school in Walsall looking for a Sociology/PSHE Teacher to teach KS4 and KS5.

As a qualified teacher, you will be responsible for taking the lead in the classroom, continuing to raise the attainment of pupils and preparing them for examinations.

The school is based in Walsall but is easily accessible from Sandwell, Dudley, Wolverhampton, and Birmingham. The school is located off a main road, so bus routes will drop you at the school's doorstep. The Headteacher has been with the school for a number of years and has seen the school transform into a place of academic achievement.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sociology Teacher to join an ‘Outstanding’ school, which will continue into the new academic year.
