Quality Assurance Manager
We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join the Bradford Children and Families Trust as a Quality Assurance Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to improving the lives of children and families within the Bradford community.
Responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality and effectiveness of social work practices within the Trust.
• Monitor and evaluate performance against key performance indicators.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance service delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to social work teams.
• Conduct audits and reviews of case files and documentation.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience.
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Proven experience in quality assurance and performance management.
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation and guidance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
