You'll be embedded in a dynamic NHS team, carrying a caseload of approximately 25 complex mental health cases. Over the span of three months, you'll immerse yourself in the community, coordinating care for individuals presenting with complex issues, all while earning £32 per hour.

What you will do:

1. Provide the social perspective as part of the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) supporting all relevant aspects of team operations
2. Carry out comprehensive Care Act Assessments
3. Conduct Annual Funding reviews with a meticulous approach
4. Engage in safeguarding meetings with urgency and professionalism
5. Facilitate best interest meetings to ensure patients' needs are at the forefront
6. Support mental health service users to prevent relapse and avoid hospital admissions
7. Assess those seeking mental health support in the integrated Access Service
8. Qualified AMHPs will participate in the Duty rota with role responsibilities adjusted accordingly
