What you will do:

1. Conduct assessments of children's needs and develop purposeful intervention plans.
2. Carry out court work including preparing reports and presenting evidence as needed.
3. Work directly with children and their families to provide support and protection.
4. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure cohesive delivery of services.
5. Monitor and review cases to ensure ongoing support and safeguarding.
6. Work closely with newly qualified social workers to support their development.
