Salary: £39,548 - £42,248 per annum (pro-rata if part-time)
Retention Payments: Up to £7,900 over 3 years (starting after your first full year of employment)

About the Role

As a Social Worker in the Assessment Team, you will:

1. Act as the lead professional, ensuring all safeguarding matters are addressed promptly and effectively, in line with child protection procedures.
2. Conduct assessments, responding to needs, building on strengths, and developing clear, SMART action plans.
3. Engage with children, young people, and their families, developing meaningful, empowering relationships to improve outcomes.
4. Produce child-focused reports and plans for various forums, including court, reflecting the child's experience.

About You

We're looking for confident, dynamic individuals who:

1. Are qualified Social Workers, registered with Social Work England.
