What you will do:

1. Manage and prioritise your workload, ensuring all deadlines are met with high standards of written work and interventions.
2. Conduct comprehensive assessments and reviews focussing on individual strengths and prevention to maximise independence.
3. Provide essential support to carers and families, ensuring all interventions are in line with the Mental Capacity Act.
4. Conduct Mental Capacity Assessments and make Best Interest decisions when necessary.
5. Keep full, clear, and accurate records of all assessments, reviews, and interventions.
6. Collaborate with partners, providers, and carers to manage risks and support positive risk-taking.
7. Participate in team meetings to drive new ways of working, improve outcomes, and share best practice standards.
8. Understand and comply with Safeguarding statutory guidelines, raising any concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.
9. Work closely with commissioning to ensure the quality of provider services and to address any issues.
10. Engage in ongoing professional development, including mandatory training and supervision.
