  2. Manage requests for social care assessments and safeguarding referrals efficiently.
  3. Lead and participate in multi-agency meetings, contributing to team development and initiatives.
  4. Utilize your skills as a Best Interest Assessor, AMHP, Practice Educator, or ASYE Assessor.
  5. Communicate effectively over the phone to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  6. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, using your superior time management and prioritisation skills.
  7. Work within a framework that emphasizes short-term and crisis intervention.
  8. Provide cover for social care services extending into evenings and weekends.
  9. Address the unique needs of individuals with learning disabilities or mental health issues, ensuring social inclusion and independence.
  10. Work in partnership with health professionals and other agencies to support service users and their carers.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of post-qualifying experience.
  2. Expertise in managing complex cases, specifically related to learning disabilities and serious mental health conditions.
  3. A deep understanding of the legislative framework and guidelines for social work practice.
